Door to Door Service

Good old-fashioned fun awaits us on this themed-break holiday in the lovely resort of Criccieth. Pay for a welcome drink with an "old penny" and enjoy a Cadwalader’s Ice Cream made following a 1927 recipe. Take a trip down memory lane to life in 1940’s Britain and experience the sights and sounds of civilian life during the Second World War at the unique Home Front Experience in Llandudno. Take a steam-train ride from Porthmadog and visit Betws-y-Coed. Appreciate a free day in Criccieth, before enjoying nightly themed entertainment from the 50’s & 60’s, including a Rock and Roll night.

Day 1

The holiday starts with a pick up from home by one of our taxis or minibuses which will bring you through to the coach. Once on board we make our way to Chester arriving in time for lunch and then on to our hotel at Criccieth arriving in plenty of time to unpack before dinner

Day 2

Visit to Llandudno and the Home Front Experience

Day 3

Day at leisure in Criccieth

Day 4

A leisurely start to the day as we make the short journey from the hotel to Porthmadog and catch the Ffestiniog Railway to Blaenau Ffestiniog. The former "Slate Capital of Wales" has a strange compelling beauty with screes of broken slate tumbling down the mountainside, mixing with Snowdonia Grandeur. The coach meanwhile will have travelled via the road and will be waiting to meet you and bring you back to Criccieth.

Day 5

Enjoy your breakfast before boarding the coach and heading to Oswaldtwistle Mill where once again we make a lunch time stop. We leave Chester in plenty of time to get to Yorkshire around teatime and from here your journey home will be completed in one of our Door to Door vehicles
